Alliance One Tobacco (Malawi) Ltd is seeking applications for the position of:
PRODUCTION TRAINEES – 2
The successful applicants will be reporting to the Shift Supervisor.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
- Exposure to all aspects of tobacco processing with emphasis on tobacco threshing and redrying
- Assisting factory machine maintenance assignments
- Assisting in production shift supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have a degree in Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preference will be given to candidates with PLC/instrumentation background.
- A team player with visionary and transformational skills
- Must be less than 25 years of age
- Computer literate is a must

- Self driven , disciplined and motivated.
