Kentam Products Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products invites applications for the post of Production Supervisor tenable at its Mzuzu Headquarters:
1.0 PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
The successful candidates will be expected to among others, perform the following duties:
Implementing and maintaining Production schedules based upon information and requirements from other departments.
Enforce all cGMP and PMPB Regulations.
Training and providing direct guidance to employees, to ensure compliance with cGMPs principles.
If needed, help the Production Manager in interviewing, hiring, performance appraisal, and training of new employees.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The applicants should posses the following attributes:
Diploma in Pharmacy from recognised institution
