Overview:
The Concrete Hollow Blocks Production Supervisor is an integral part of the team and is responsible for the successful production and sales of hollow blocks, while also adhering to the company’s core values of honesty, innovation, and reliability. The supervisor will be accountable for the annual production budget and will ensure that the breakages are kept below 1% of production and the cost of production is below 55% of revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Concrete Hollow Blocks Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the block production team. This includes managing the materials, labour and equipment for production, ensuring that production targets and timelines are met and that the quality standards are maintained. The supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing the sales of the blocks and ensuring that customer requirements are met. In addition, the supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing team-building initiatives, ensuring that employees are adequately motivated and trained and that safety procedures and policies are strictly followed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the production industry.
- The candidate should have a solid understanding of the production process
- Proficient in Excel 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Act independently
- Strong communication skills
