National Audit Office is inviting applications from suitably qualified Malawians for the following Non-Established posts (3 years Contract) existing at National Audit Office Headquarters.
Qualification:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Internal Audit/Business Administration with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration field
Duties:
- Preparing salary arrears annual verification programs
- Allocating salary arrears’ tasks (files) to verification officers
- Supervising quality, completion of allocated assignments to the verification officers
- Drafting certificates for salary arrears for submission to the Chief Verification Officer
- Requesting for missing documentation and information from clients on their salary arrears claims
- Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for salary arrears to the Chief Verification Officer
- Conducting performance appraisals for salary arrears’ verification officers
