POST: Principal Labour Officer
GRADE: G/M4
LOCATION: Karonga District Council
DUTIES
- Oversees labor relations and employment standards enforcement.
- Advises employers and employees on labor laws and regulations.
- Implements workplace safety and compliance programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be serving Labour Officers (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the local Authorities. Or Senior Labour Officer regardless of experience at that grade.
