PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER GRADE TL
Mwanza District Council is looking for well qualified and hardworking applicants to fill vacant post of 32 Primary School Teachers (Grade TL) tenable at Maye, Madziaphitsa, Choti, Malambe, Chete, Muwale, Sathamapira, Phaso, Phanda, Chiwale. Futsa, Kaphirikamodzi, Namisi, Mtandamula and Mkantho Schools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Preparing schemes of work for his/her class
2. Maintaining records of work for his his/her class
3. Preparing lesson plans for each and every subject
4. Preparing teaching and learning materials
5. Setting, checking and marking exercises, tests and examinations
6. Maintain learners discipline in his / her class
7. Maintain class register and termly progress books
8. And any other duties assigned to from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should be holders of Malawi School Certificate of Education and Teaching Certificate from well recognized Teacher’s Training College.
TARGET
This vacancy is targeting IPTE 13 and 14
SALARY
Within the Civil Service (Grade TL) Salary scale segment.
