FACE is an NGO situated in Zalewa, Southern Region of Malawi. FACE Pre and Primary School exists to provide free, relevant and high-quality education based on Christian values for underprivileged students of all backgrounds in a conducive environment where they can realize and develop their potential to be serving agents of change in their society.

PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS (3)
Purpose of the job. Primary school teacher will be responsible for developing a program for young children within their section. Will talk with parents about behavioral ups and downs of his or her learners. Develop activities to stimulate the children. Establish policies and procedures for inside and outside the classroom.
Duties:
- Preparing records of work and teaching/learning resources
- Always ensures the safety of the children.
- Designs and maintains classroom climate to be conducive for learning.
- Promoting learners in various aspects of their lives.
- Ensuring that the subject matter is delivered within the allocated time
- Ensure that learners are given enough work
- Preparing and setting Assessments
- Leading and participating in extra curriculum activities
Qualifications
- A Christian with a ministry heart
- Primary Teacher Education Certificate
- Very good English Communication Skills
- Take initiative to complete syllabus and other assigned tasks
- Flexible and willing to learn other methods of teaching and learning
- Ability to manage time.
