Prestige Relationship Officer at First Capital Bank

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill two positions of Prestige Relationship Officer tenable in Lilongwe and Limbe Prestige suite.

Reporting to the Prestige Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will assist to manage a portfolio of individual clients and achieve sustainable business development through customer acquisitions and selling the bank’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting opening end-to-end.
• Ensure customers’ cards are received, activated and delivered within set timelines.
• Onboard customers on the Mobile App and Internet Banking.
• Assist customers with account management, activation and other related issues.
• Coordinate networks for leads and prospects, Focusing on building and growing the prospect list.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and sales leads and retain quality clients and grow client base with emphasis on quality.
• Manage and ensure all operational requirements are addressed.
• Ensure deferrals are addressed as required, assist in collection of relevant client information for client KYC due diligence.
• Prepare credit proposals.
• Assist Prestige Teller when suite is busy or during breaks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any business-related field obtained from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Banking dealing in relationship management or marketing/selling.
• Banking experience, specifically within the Branch network/Corporate banking.
• Knowledge of Credit/Risk management.
