Role Description
The Prestige Business Manager is a full-time role located in Blantyre, Malawi. The role requires on-site presence and responsibility for managing and expanding the bank’s Prestige Banking portfolio, providing personalized service to high-net-worth clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing Prestige Banking clients, identifying and achieving sales targets, drafting proposals, and providing a range of banking solutions tailored to individual clients’ requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking, wealth management, or financial services industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
- An ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions, including experience in the areas of investments, wealth management, and retirement planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Chichewa is preferred
- Sound knowledge of the financial industry, market trends, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate cross-functional teams
