Plumber at RealSim

RealSim is a reputable and fast-growing real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, and
property management services. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Electrician and plumber.

Position: Plumber

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Diagnose and fix plumbing faults promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to deliver timely solutions.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Plumbing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on plumbing experience.
• Physically fit with the ability to handle heavy tools and equipment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for effective problem resolution.
