Pilot Project FOR MIRAL WELFARE FOUNDATION MALAWI
We would like to recruit one Coordinator on the post as indicated below at the CWP Department – Pilot Project Coordinator (Marketing, Selling, Advertise, Human Resources Management)
Coordinator OF Pilot Project TEAM (1 POSITION)
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate college or above/ Diploma holder or above
- Applicants must be in possession of at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration and any related course. Those with certificates and have two years’ experience will also be considered.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sales, Product administration of the Pilot Project
- Management assistance of Pilot Project operation
- Conducting regular weekly monitoring
- Sales management
- CWP(Corporate Working Place) management
- Employee management
- Reporting to the department team leader on the assigned tasks
- Carrying out any assigned duties by the management
SKILLS/COMPETENCE

- Confidence
- Excellent in organisation skills
- Team working/building
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills***

- Willing to work with PWD(People with disability)
- Documenting skills (with Microsoft office program) ***
- Able to work at minimal supervision
- Not drinking alcohol while on duty
