This role exists to address the administrative aspects of pension schemes in order to drive data integrity, client satisfaction and client retention
Responsibilities
- Supporting Team leader as required in ensuring team targets are met and set out procedures are followed.
- Dealing with pension scheme / umbrella fund complaints, disputes, general enquiries and correspondence from members, advisers, trustees, fund managers and communicating with them appropriately
- Processing and paying claims within statutory timelines in liaison with fund managers, custodians and trustees as appropriate
- Preparing and submitting quarterly reports to RBM
- Preparing quarterly administration reports
- Providing annual audit data to fund accountants, actuaries and responding to queries
- Verifying fund data and loading the information onto the selected admin system
- Maintaining member pension records (bio data, bank details, emails) and updating contributions on the system
- Conducting member education scheme / fund beneficiaries’ information about their rights and responsibilities in respect to the pension scheme / fund umbrella.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
Professional qualification in Actuarial / CII / CFP – added advantage
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of legislation, investments, employee benefits
- Expert knowledge of the Pension Act (2010)
- Expert knowledge of the Pension Regulations
- Expert knowledge of Pension Schemes
