POSITION: PART-TIME CARPENTRY & JOINERY INSTRUCTOR
Location: M’bwatalika Education Complex, M’bwatalika, Lilongwe
Job Specification
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Technical Business Empowering as a Part-time Carpentry & Joinery instructor (Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning time only). The successful applicant will have relevant experience and a minimum of Carpentry & Joinery Certificate qualification. Delivering and maintaining standards expected by TEVETA in the area of Carpentry & Joinery.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver all forms of academic and vocational study relating to Carpentry & Joinery.
- Use innovation within your teaching and assessing.
- Carryout internal verification duties.
- Perform on-site assessments using a range of methods.
- Support the department with recruitment events.
- Carry out all duties with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations
- Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
Qualification and Experience

Carpentry & Joinery certificate or diploma required.

1 to 2 years of proven experience.

Exceptional verbal communication skills and time management skills

Excellent writing and literacy skills
- Computer knowledge a must – Excel, Word.
Salary: MK70,000
