Role Overview:

The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing targeted outbound sales strategies to generate leads, close sales, and grow revenue. This position focuses on selling car and truck spares, workshop services, power generation equipment, and agricultural machinery products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the automotive, agriculture, and power generation sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

Sales Engagement:

  • Contact prospects to present Agason Motors’ products and services, highlighting the benefits and value of our car and truck spares, agricultural machinery, and power generation equipment.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and develop customized sales solutions.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close sales and secure repeat business.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored strategies for different market segments.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.

Market Expansion:

  • Explore new markets for car and truck spares, workshop services, agricultural machinery, and power generation equipment.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products within the Agason Motors’ portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the automotive, agricultural machinery, or power generation sectors.
  • Strong understanding of car and truck spares, workshop services, and power generation equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
