We are a reputable company dedicated to providing services in transportation, hospitality etc. We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals for the following positions:

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – 
Location: Blantyre

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of depot staff, including ticket sellers, loaders, cleaner and security guards.
• Oversee daily depot operations, ensuring buses are scheduled, maintained, and dispatched on time.
• Implement and maintain effective processes for loading and unloading passengers and their luggage.
• Conduct regular inspections of buses and equipment to ensure operational safety and reliability.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule routine and preventive maintenance for the bus fleet.
• Monitor repair work and address any issues to minimize downtime.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Prepare and submit regular reports on depot performance and operational efficiency to management.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in the transportation industry, with a focus on bus operations or logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize workloads effectively;
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Knowledge of bus operation regulations and safety standards.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, transportation management software, etc.).
