Operations Manager at Namadzi Bottlers

Namadzi Bottlers, a division of Petroda Malawi Limited and part of the Tanzania-based Oilcom Group, is located 30 kilometers before Zomba City along the M3 Zomba Road. With expertise from its affiliate, Watercom in Tanzania, Namadzi Bottlers aims to be the fastest-growing water bottling and carbonated drinks (Yonse BO) company in Malawi. The factory, covering 9 hectares, features a state-of-the-art warehouse and computerized German-made KHS machine capable of producing 24,000 bottles of spring water per hour. Certified by the Malawi Bureau of Standards (MBS), Namadzi Bottlers produces Namadzi Spring Water, sourced from the renowned Namadzi natural springs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Zomba. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bottling plant, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. They will also coordinate logistics, supervise staff, and optimize operational processes to meet production targets and efficiency goals. The role requires close collaboration with different departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
