POSITION: OFFICE CLEANER / OFFICE ASSISTANT
Location: Lilongwe
Key Responsibilities
1. Clean and maintain the office space, including floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, windows, and common areas.
2. Ensure that all office areas are neat and organized, replenishing supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and office supplies.
3. Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials, maintaining a tidy and hygienic environment.
4. Provide basic office assistance, such as delivering documents, assisting with office supplies, and running errands when needed.
5. Assist in preparing meeting rooms and other areas for events or meetings, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
6. Perform any other office-related duties as required by the team to maintain smooth daily operations.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Previous experience in cleaning or office support roles.
2. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.
3. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff.
4. Must be able to perform the physical tasks required for cleaning and organizing the office environment.
5. Ability to complete tasks and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision.
6. Must be well-groomed and presentable.
7. Must have a strong commitment to work and be responsible.
