NICO LifeNICO Life seeks to recruit a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Office Assistant.
The position is tenable at our New City Centre office in Lilongwe.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate, who will be accountable for running day to day office errands and adhering to standard operating procedures, will have the following as
Key performance areas:
- Filing
- Running various errands
- Preparation of office refreshments
- Handling mail
- Cleaning offices and general surroundings.
- Photocopying and scanning etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to plan work on a daily or weekly basis and achieve targets.
- Ability to identify immediate mistakes and solve them.
- Clear verbal and written communication in line with the job requirements.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to analyse operating problems relevant to the job.
- Computer literate with Microsoft products
- A team player
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or its equivalent.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar position in a busy organization.
