TEMPORARY NETWORK & SECURITY OFFICER

Job Description

• Reporting to the Network and IT Security Manager
• Create image and re-image machines when necessary.
• Assist with software evaluation and testing.
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure of the bureau.
• Assist in Setting up user accounts permissions and password.
• Report any incidents of misuse/bad practice to the Network and IT security manager.
• Installing and supporting Local Area Network (Intranet), Wide Area Network (Internet), Virtual Private Networks systems for the bureau.
• Carry out network maintenance task, replacing hardware networking equipment in liaison with the hardware department.
• Conducting regular security audits
• Install and configure LAN and WAN
• Install and configure Routers, switches, firewalls,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any IT field.

Proficient Experience                                               

• Linux
• Penetration testing
• Windows or Linux domain controller
• Email server management using XAMP or WAMP will be an added advantage
