MOTOR VEHICLE MECHATRONIC

The successful candidate will be reporting to the workshop Foreman and will be expected to maintain, diagnose and repair motor vehicles and mechatronic systems used in our brewery operations. This role requires a combination of mechanical, electronic and computer technology skills to ensure efficient
operation of our fleet and equipment.

KEY PERFORMANCES AREAS

  • Ensure routine maintenance and inspection on motor vehicle
    and mechatronics systems
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to design
    and implement mechatronic solutions for vehicle and
    equipment optimization
  • Identify and resolve issues with motor vehicle and mechatronic
    systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
  • Document and report all maintenance and repair activities
  • Train and support other technicians and staff on proper use of mechatronic systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma in Mechatronics, Automotive Technology or related field
  • Atleast 2-3 years’ experience in Motor Vehicle Mechatronics or similar role
  • Strong Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Drivers’ license
