VACANCY: MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER (GRADE N)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Malawians to fill the post of Motor Vehicle Driver (Grade N) existing in this Department as follows;
POST: Motor Vehicle Driver
Grade: N
Reporting to: Office Superintendent (OS) or Principal Registration Officer.
Location: Various Districts.
Salary: Within the range of MK2,890,656-MK2,962,956 per annum
Qualification:
Applicants should be in possession of a Minimum of a Junior Certificate of Education and a valid driving licence. Those with a Malawi School Certificate of Education will have an added advantage.
Age Range:Between 25-45 years.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(a) Maintaining Motor Vehicle log book.
(b) Preparing vehicle performance forms and daily paper work.
(c) Performing vehicle daily inspection such as check fluid level and tyre pressure.
(d) Checking roadworthiness of all institutional vehicles maintenance.
(e) Coordinating with fleet management on vehicle maintenances.
(f) Conducting periodic audit on vehicle tool.
(g) Conducting delivery of staff to various destinations.
(h) Analyzing the delivery address, determining appropriate routes and maintaining schedule.
(e) Performing any other tasks assigned from time to time.
