Specific duties
- Developing ETL and reports within data warehouse;
- Extracting and validating data from data warehouse and other systems;
- Developing an interactive dashboard for business intelligence;
- Collaborating with business divisions to establish and resolve causes of any data inconsistencies;
- Working with software engineers to recommend and improve how data is persisted.
Qualification and Experience
- The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer science or Management Information Systems from a recognized and accredited University
- Possession of any relevant ICT Certification will be an added advantage
- A minimum work experience of 3 years.
Attributes and Competencies
- Proven experience in SQL, including query writing, reporting services, data analytics, and data design
- Knowledge of data life cycle and Big data technology
- Understanding of Lean Management Systems
- Good understanding of business processes architecture and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and risk management mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a good team player
