MARKETING OFFICER

Location   –CHILADZULU OFFICE

REPORT TO:  CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

 

PACOSALI Foundation Limited (PFL) is a Private Limited by Guarantee registered under the Companies Act (Cap. 46:03) of Malawi Government. It also registered as Pacosali limited by shares of the same Companies Act No .15 of 2013: Pacosali is also a member of Malawi Microfinance network in Malawi MAMN/PFL/2024/009.

PFL-is also registered with Reserve Bank of Malawi as Microcredit agency registration number 011/24 and financial services Act, 2010. Requirement section 4 & section 20 of the Non-Governmental Organization Act No: 3 of 2001. PFL is registered with Accountant General on civil servants deduction Code Reference No: T8107.

PFL is a Nonpolitical, Non-sectional, Philanthropic, Non-Governmental Organization started as a social banking system in Neno in 2017 with the aim of empowering communities economically. Over the years, the organization has seen great improvement of community members who participated in the program. The program saw individuals moving from running a hawker to opening big shops. PFL has also contributed to community development by doing various corporate social responsibility activities. PACOSALI is an abbreviation that stands for Parkstreet Conventional Savings Loans and Investment. After successfully implementing its activities in Neno, the organization scaled up and started operating in other Districts in the Southern Region to Northern region we are over 18 Districts across Malawi.

Pacosali is also into local courier services by providing packaged efficient quick delivery services in  city/regional.

In this regards Pacosali foundation is looking for well experienced Marketing officer

 

Qualification back ground

• The applicant must have Certificate in marketing/ diploma will be added advantage.
• The applicant must have ICT skills and accounting package, history of ones worked with microfinance or any busy entity.
• Must have 2-4 years’ experience in marketing with history of successful achievements in his or her previous Job.
• Be able to explore new markets and able to manage Courier services and pacosali foundation
• Be able to have communication skills and conversant with social media updates
• Fluent in speaking and written English
• Age between 28-40 years
• Must have art design advert skills & Be innovative

 

Commitment

Applicant must be committed to work 24/7 considering the nature of the clients

Must be willing to stay in Chiladzuru

The applicants must be willing to commit and deliver his/best within 3 month

Remuneration
