Marketing Executive at Sycamore Consult Limited

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Sycamore Consult Limited is a well-established capacity building & consultancy company registered in Malawi in 2017, whose Head Office is in Plantation House Floor Number 3, Along Victoria Avenue in Blantyre, Malawi.

Sycamore Consult Limited wishes to recruit, on a full-time basis, an experienced and qualified Marketing Executive, who shall be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in any of the following: Marketing, Business Administration,Business Leadership and other relevant fields.
• They should have at least 3 years’ working experience at an officer level in a busy marketing department.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• A self-starter and ready to lead
• Strong competency in using computers, especially Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use Artificial Intelligence and other modern tools of trade.
• Good and valuable customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to structure and execute an ambitious marketing plan.
• Ability to strategically promote capacity building programs and consultancy assignments
• Ability to do viable market research, relevant to the institution.
• Ability to budget and manage resources for marketing and promotional activities of the company.
• Networking and strategic partnership management skills.
