About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Lilongwe. You will play a key role in driving B2B sales and brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients within the travel industry (e.g., tour operators, travel agencies, corporate travel departments).
- Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and build relationships.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand your B2B network. Sales and Account Management:
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and exceeding sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide training to Agencies for our key online portals (Ticketing & Tours)
Marketing and Brand Awareness:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach B2B audiences and promote our company offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field preferred or experience of related stream
- Preferred sales or marketing, from the travel industry.
- Track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English & Local language is essential.
