Job Description
The role shall be key in managing Engineering relationship with business and ensures that the Engineering strategy remains relevant and aligned to business imperatives. He / She shall take a leading role in engaging business and making appropriate Engineering planning.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field
3-5 years work experience in Project Management, Infrastructure / Technical support and Financial Management
Knowledge in management practices, strategy development, business analysis and budgeting.
Problem solving skills and good knowledge of Core Banking Systems.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration
Additional Information
Responsibilities

Ensure that the Engineering strategy and investments are aligned with the bank’s overall strategy.
Review overall Engineering performance with business leadership and track progress on agreed initiatives.
Ensure that Group IT standards are applied to the management of the non-technical IT Operations eg. audit.
Ensure the accurate financial management and reporting of Engineering operations.
Liaise with Standard Bank Group on the status of procurement and delivery of equipment
Manage vendor contracts ensuring adherence on agreed deliverable
