Manager-Business development at 4PM Investments

4PM Investments is a growing business situated in Lilongwe, currently the business is looking for a Manager-Business development

Key responsibilities are as follows

• Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
• Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
• Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
• Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
• Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget
• Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
• Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
• Track stockouts of commodities
• Conduct weekly stock management

Qualification and experience

• A minimum of Diploma in Business administration or Business Management

• Over1 Year experience in business management.

Knowledge, Skills, Ability

The following are important

• Demonstrated success in marketing

• A good understanding of the business development skills

• Excellent verbal/written communications and presentation skills and good analytical skills

• Experience and Knowledge of Development work related issues in Malawi.

• Competent in use of MS Word, Excel
