Management Trainees at TotalEnergies

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Management Trainee in our various departments. The successful candidates will be attached to the Human Resources Department, Treasury Section, Internal Audit Section and Legal Section. The program is for one year.

The main role of a Management Trainee is to gain experience in all aspects of their selected career.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Human Resources Management for Human Resources Management Trainee
• Accountancy for Treasury Section Management Trainee
• Accountancy or Internal Auditing for Internal Audit Section Management Trainee
• Laws (Honours) for Legal Management Trainee

o Must have a good command of English
o Ability to anticipate and react quickly
o High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
o Good organizational and communication skills
