HAIL & COTTON (Malawi) LIMITED, a fully owned subsidiary of HAIL & COTTON International B.V. based in Netherlands, a company that supplies premium leaf tobacco and value-added services to manufacturers of tobacco products worldwide, is seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates to join our dynamic team in the following roles:
MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career with a forward-thinking organization and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate roles across key departments, gaining invaluable cross-functional exposure to different aspects of our business.
You will work closely with experienced professionals, develop new skills, and contribute to high-impact projects that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and projects
- Develop business acumen and industry knowledge
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Develop and implement projects under guidance.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates (2024 to current) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Agriculture, Economics, Marketing or any related field from reputable institutions of higher learning.
- Aged between 18 and 30
- Strong academic record and potential for growth.
- Candidates with distinction or credit grades will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Committed to personal and professional growth.
