Job Description Coca-Cola Beverages Malawi Limited (CCBML) has an exciting opportunity in our Commercial department. We are looking for agile talented individuals with relevant skills and experience for a Management Trainee role. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. 

Key Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will undergo a training programme to gain knowledge and experience in Management and Sales. To implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels and delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Main Responsibilities 

  • Achieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targets
  • Influence retail pricing within segments
  • Maintain stock levels within segments
  • Develop self towards management opportunity
  • Develop sound business relationships
  • Conduct regular account reviews
  • Handle Customer and Consumer queries
  • Manage product quality in relation to quality standards
  • Determine functional planning objectives
  • Develop sound customer relationships
  • Rotate across Channel Marketing, Category Management and Sales Activation units

Qualifications and Experience

  • Business Administration/ Marketing Degree, or relevant.
  • Business and Marketing acumen.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Marketing/Sales.
