About the Role

You will ensure accurate inventory management and reconciliation. Your success will be measured by achieving data accuracy, reducing discrepancies, and implementing process enhancements that improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with Field Operations, Logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless inventory management and reconciliation.

You will report directly to the Business Operations Deputy Lead.

Responsibilities

  • You will reconcile inventory movements from warehouses to sites and shops using Odoo, WMS/COBI, and other systems
  • You will implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
  • You will analyze data, identify discrepancies, and create reports and visualizations for stakeholders

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, statistics, and business administration.
  • 1 year of experience in inventory management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Advanced skills in data analysis.
  • English required (additional languages like Chichewa)

Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the duration of their contract. Rural area based fellows will be provided assistance in locating suitable housing.
