Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund supplies 1 million smallholder farmers with the agricultural services they need to make their farms vastly more productive. Our 8,000+ team is drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions. With operations across six core countries in Africa, we make farmers more prosperous by providing quality farm supplies on credit, delivered within walking distance of farmers’ homes, and agricultural training to improve harvests. On average, the farmers we serve harvest 50 percent more food after working with One Acre Fund.

About the Role
We are seeking dynamic individuals with exceptional project execution skills and a passion for process improvement. As Case Investigations Officers, you will help ensure the integrity and efficiency of our operations. You will report to the Audit Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Audit Preparation: Coordinate weekly audits, engage with Field Departments, mobilize farmers and group leaders, and prepare necessary reports.
- Audit Execution: Travel to audit sites, introduce the audit process to farmers, conduct fraud deterrence and harassment training, verify documents against central database data, investigate discrepancies, and perform monthly warehouse stock counts.
- Audit Results/Reporting: Record and report audit findings, complete KPI trackers, and collaborate with HR on personnel-related audit outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Enhance audit processes, identify and address potential loopholes, and implement additional internal controls.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 1 year experience in auditing, accounting
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or any other Finance related field
- Additional certificates in auditing or accounting
- Solid understanding of using formulas in Excel
