LPG Gas Station Attendant at 365 Modelling Solutions

Post Title : LPG Gas Station Attendant

Location : Lilongwe

Reporting to : Finance & Administration Manager

Job Purpose : Handling Sales LPG Gas Transactions & Providing Excellent Customer Service

Duties

1. Greeting Customers
2. Pumping requested gas for customers
3. Collecting payments from customers and issuing receipts
4. Recording sales on the sales sheet
5. Reconciling sales with stock balance and cash received at the end of each day
6. Request for stock when stock levels are low.
7. Purchasing stock, making sure stock quantities reconciles with GRN.
8. Making sure that stock is properly stored.
9. Station upkeep, including cleanliness of the premises.
10. Any other duties assigned.

Education and experience

MSCE qualification is a must. Those with 2 years’ experience as a gas station attendant will have an added advantage. Must have mathematical skills and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Location

The gas station is located at Masambabise Market in Chilinde, Lilongwe.

Salary and Benifits

The monthly salary for the position is MK140,000.00

The Attendant will have a MASM medical cover plus 3 family dependents.
