LOGISTICS/FLEET MANAGER (1 POST)
Reporting to General Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost effective logistical operations.
- Managing fuel tracking system
- Fleet tracking
- Oversee and manage loading and unloading of goods and locally and international destinations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international road traffic regulations.
- Analyse and optimize existing logistical proficiencies
- Ensure welfare of drivers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, transport regulations and related field.
- Ability to create and manage a budget for his department.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational problem solving
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft packages.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
