Role overview

The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate logistical and operational activities in collaboration with District Coordinators and Field Operation Officers, providing support and guidance on requests and bookings; Lead on rigorous asset management, including IT and security assets, in coordination with field staff, ensuring safekeeping, assurance and availability of the assets; support staff and volunteers on security-related needs and IT needs (in collaboration with Global IT Team); manage the fleet of VSO vehicles, including coordination of their use and maintenance, and support management of drivers; support contract management in Collaboration with FOOs and through keeping up to date database and liaison with procurement officer.
