POSITION: LODGE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to General Managing Director
- Ensuring guest safety is always a priority with excellent end to end customer care.
- Delivering a professional front of house service and quickly solving issues.
- Developing program of cultural, social and environmental activities for guests.
- Providing on the job training and mentoring of the staff to continually raise services levels.
- Completing regular stock-takes, inventory checks and general maintenance checks.
- Managing petty cash transactions, reconciliations and documentations.
- Ensuring that staff know their daily duties and effectively meet all objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- College degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Experience in management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, stand and walk for long periods of time
