Nature’s Gift is looking to hire an individual who can manage Kumbali Country Lodge.
As an applicant you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a business in the hospitality industry. You are eligible to work in Malawi and have done so already for at least a few years.
English and Chichewa are languages you speak fluently. If you speak any other languages, that is an added advantage.
This job will need you to supervise departmental heads of Front of House, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Marketing. You will help expand the business reaching out to local and international markets including our new events venue, conferencing and restaurant.
This position reports to the General Manager of Nature’s Gift. You ideally have a Bachelor’s degree or can show relevant experience.
