Lodge Manager in Lilongwe

Africa House (area 43) & Mitengo House (area 10)

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of two of Lilongwe’s top-rated lodges. Together with our skilled F&B Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional guest experiences, while raising up the standard of hospitality in Malawi.

Is (most of) this you?

• Experience in the tourism and hospitality sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of 25-30 professionals and young talents
• Understanding of international and domestic travel markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with spoken and written fluency in English (Chichewa would be advantageous)
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• In pocession of a valid driver’s license
• Passionate to help create lasting memories for our guests
