Local Researcher, MCC Malawi Accelerated Growth Corridors Project, Malawi

Social Impact is a global development management consulting firm. We provide monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building services to advance development effectiveness. We work across all development sectors including democracy and governance, health and education, the environment, and economic growth. Since 1997 we have worked in over 100 countries for clients such as US government agencies, bilateral donors, multilateral development banks, foundations, and nonprofits.

Proposal Objective:

SI is bidding on a proposal funded through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Malawi Compact to conduct the Accelerated Growth Corridors Project (AGC) Evaluation. The project will support policy and institutional reforms to enable better road planning and maintenance of AGCs and associated infrastructure, as well as safer conditions for women to move and conduct economic activity along the corridors. The period of performance is anticipated to be between 5-9 years.
