Loan Officers (Commission based)
Major Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Promotion of SME Products and Services
- Awareness and Education
- Assessment of Potential Borrowers
- Loan Collection and Monitoring
- Performance Observation and Reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit assessment, lending, or financial analysis, preferably in SME financing.
- Strong understanding of SME market dynamics, financial statements, and credit risk assessment.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and loan management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
