Job Objectives
- Achieving the set individual business / disbursement targets
- Driving the branch to achieve sales centre/ branch business targets.
- Providing leadership and direction to colleague Loan Officers
- Managing the branch administration functions, ensuring ‘0’ frauds and misconducts at sales centre/ branch level.
- Handling customer correspondents and coordinating with respective external and Head Office department.
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory directions and operational guidelines
- Initiating and executing sales promotions and business campaigns.
- Managing branch petty cash.
