POSITION: Lecturers /Instructors
JOB TYPE: full time and part time
TEEM College is an accredited private college that offers diploma programs in various fields from different examination boards. Located in Zomba City near the Police Training School along Namiwawa Road, TEEM College provides quality education in the following diploma programs:
1. Accounting
2. Administrative Studies
3. Business Management
4. Community Development
5. Computer Engineering
6. Human resource management
7. HIV and AIDS management
8. ICT
9. Public Health
10. Computing and information systems
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill lecturer/instructor positions in the following diploma programs:
1. Accounting
2. Administrative Studies
3. Human Resources Management
4. Public Health
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver lectures and conduct seminars in the relevant field of study.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans and course materials.
3. Assess and grade students’ performance through exams, assignments, and projects.
4. Provide academic advising and support to students.
5. Assist students with academic difficulties and mentor them in their studies
6. Engage in research activities and contribute to academic progress.
7. Attend professional development workshops and conferences to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Degree in the related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a recognized institution
