Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an HRM Lecturer at Millennium University MW located in Blantyre. The HRM Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures and conducting seminars on Human Resource Management. They will also design and develop course materials, assess student performance, provide guidance and support to students, and participate in faculty meetings and committees.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and practices
• Experience in delivering lectures and conducting seminars
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well with students and provide guidance and support
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
