Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Learning and Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will lead a team of trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers to develop effective training strategies and programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a company-wide learning and development strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports employee growth and development.
  • Lead and manage a team of trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Identify training needs and gaps and design, develop, and deliver appropriate training solutions.
  • Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring that programs are cost-effective and provide a measurable return on investment.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop relevant and effective training materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and job aids.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and metrics.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into the company’s training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Experience managing a team of trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and learning management systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
