Learning and Development Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training plans.
  • Manage internal and external training programs and evaluate their impact.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
