Position: Land Surveyor
No. of Posts: 4 (2 for each site)

About the Role:
We are seeking qualified and motivated Land Surveyors to join our field team in delivering accurate and reliable survey data for this major infrastructure project. You will be instrumental in ensuring precise road alignment, setting out works, and verifying construction levels for the successful delivery of site operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven field experience in road or highway construction projects
  • Proficient in using surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of roadwork alignments, levels, profiles, and setting out principles
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and coordinate systems
  • Competent in survey software (e.g., Civil 3D, Leica, Trimble, or similar tools)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and setting-out surveys for all road construction works
  • Provide accurate control points, alignments, and level benchmarks for earthworks, drainage, structures, and pavement layers
  • Support geometric design implementation by translating drawings into real-world site markings
  • Ensure as-built surveys are completed for every construction milestone and submitted in required formats
  • Maintain and calibrate all surveying instruments
  • Keep survey records, field books, and digital data organized and accessible
  • Work closely with engineers and site supervisors to resolve discrepancies between design and field conditions
  • Participate in quality assurance by validating levels, gradients, and structures during construction
  • Assist in the preparation of survey reports, drawings, and maps as needed
