About MAEVE Project: MAEVE Project is a local NGO committed to promoting fuel-efficient technologies in Malawi. We strive to enhance the quality of life for communities by providing sustainable energy solutions and fostering economic development.
MAEVE Project is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Stove Marketer. The successful candidate will assist in the marketing and distribution of improved biomass cook stoves, support sales agents, and collaborate with the Business Development Officer and Program Coordinator to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for promoting Chitetezo Mbaula to target communities.
- Provide support to sales agents, including training, guidance, and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
- Assist in monitoring and managing Chitetezo Mbaula stove stock levels to ensure a steady supply.
- Collaborate with local leaders and community members to raise awareness about the benefits of biomass cook stoves.
- Prepare and submit reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and community feedback.
- Assist the Business Development Officer and Program Coordinator with various tasks as needed to support the project.
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for community development and renewable energy solutions.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is an advantage but not required.
