Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Lodge Manager at Matundu Cottage Beach Resort in Salima. The Junior Lodge Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling budgeting, training employees, and managing food & beverage services.
