Job Summary:

Assists in planning, executing, and delivering a wide range of IT projects including software

development, infrastructure deployment, and system implementations. The lead coordinates with clients,

internal teams, and external vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and

according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end management of software development and IT infrastructure projects.
  •  Coordinate tasks  and schedules with development teams, infrastructure engineers, and third-party vendors.
  •  Participate in requirements gathering, solution validation, and technical discussions with clients.
  •  Track project progress, prepare reports, and escalate risks and issues.
  •  Assist with testing, deployment, documentation, and handover processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation of project activities, including budgets, timelines, and change requests.
  • Facilitate communication across project stakeholders and support conflict resolution.
  •  Help manage procurement and logistics for infrastructure supply and installations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
  •  2+ years experience in IT project implementation (software, infrastructure, or both).
  •  Certifications:  – Project Management: PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum      – Technical: ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or familiarity with DevOps/Cloud basics
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

Other Additional Skills:

  •  Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
  •  Strong understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networking, storage systems).
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  •  Good command of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Problem-solving attitude with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
