Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Invoicing & Tele Sales associate to join our team. As an on-site role located in Blantyre, you will be responsible for both invoicing and tele sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the sales process from start to finish, including generating invoices and communicating with customers via phone and email to confirm orders and manage complaints.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a similar invoicing or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Fluency in Chichewa and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
